SNAPSHOTS FROM  SUNNY DAY IN COPENHAGEN

What a day! Our dog Zeus is enjoying the sunny weather in our living room.

Todays look - a lace blouse I made from my grandmothers old fabric and a Lotus ring with a rutile quartz stone, also own design.

If you have time, go see the permanent venetian exhibition at Rosenborg Castle. The small fairytale-like castle is centered right in the heart of Copenhagen surrounded by a grand garden which used to belong to the regents living here.
DRESSING UP FOR A GOOD CAUSE.

Today I’m attending a seminar hosted by the Maternity Foundation. The good cause helps women survive the birth of their children. Their vision is that it must not cost life, to give life!

On my way wearing vintage Nina Ricci coat.

I combined my rutile quartz medallion with pom-poms and a green silk string to create a vintage inspired look – all own design.

I feel naked if not wearing my jewellery, and I love to combine collections and gemstones with diamonds and silk. Today I chose classic love bands in combination with Snakes earring and ring – both with green tourmaline, designed by my father, Ole Lynggaard.
The antique box and pouch is brought home from Japan.

I WEAR IT #INSIDE-OUT

Today I’m attending Copenhagen Fashion Summit and what better opportunity to show my support to Fashion Revolution. On 24th April last year, 1133 people were killed and over 2500 were injured when the Rana Plaza factory complex collapsed in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Wear your clothes inside out today, to help start the beginning of an industry-wide transformation towards a more sustainable future.
